I was recently inspired to capture some sprites from Capcom's Gem Fighter/Pocket Fighter game. There are some fantastic animations in this game.

Most of the animations are pretty basic, 2-3 frames each, but Felicia's MegaMan transformation was a bit more involved. Here's what I came up with.
