Super Mario Completion

Posted in Blog, Games, High Scores/Accomplishments with tags on July 6, 2015 by slateman

Having just purchased a Nintendo 3DS, I’ve opted to catch up on the missing Mario games (After playing Zelda!) Since my history with the Italian plumber truly began way back with the original Mario Bros. (Not Super!) it’s only fitting I dedicate myself to these titles.

However, my expertise really lies in those older titles. Once Super Mario Sunshine came out, my interest waned but in the last 6 or 7 years, there have been some stellar Mario titles. I do dedicate myself to a new Mario whenever possible and today I “finished” Super Mario 3D Land. Four Stars means I got almost everything. Re-doing EVERY level with Luigi and getting gold flags on each…no thanks. Four stars is enough. In light of this, I wanted to see how far I really got in those titles from the last half a decade plus. Turns out there are a number of games and I’ve “completed” all of them to some extent. Let’s see! First – The titles! Three for the Wii, Two for both the Wii U and the 3DS.

2007 – Super Mario Galaxy (9.7)
2009 – New Super Mario Bros. Wii (8.9)
2010 – Super Mario Galaxy 2 (10)
2011 – Super Mario 3D Land (9.5)
2012 – New Super Mario Bros. 2 (8.5)
2012 – New Super Mario Bros. U (9.1)
2013 – Super Mario 3D World (9.6)
2017 – Super Mario Odyssey (10)
2023 – Super Mario Bros. Wonder (9/10)

The numbers that follow are IGN’s scores for each game. It’s evident Mario has not lost his touch. Anyway, let’s go title by title to see how much I’ve truly completed. Of course, it goes without saying I beat every game. Beyond that, however, varies by title.

Gold Crowns on all levels – 120 stars (out of 121)

After New Super Mario Bros. on the NDS, a game which I’m fairly certain I 100%ed but have since lost my save, Galaxy was part of the new phase of Mario. It was new, different and not entirely reliant on stupid motion controls. The game was brilliant, with some unique and curious spins on both the Mario world and physics. I loved it and my goal of getting everything was set. Seeing as how it was 8 years ago, I don’t remember specifics, but I do know that one of those final stages was a pain in the ass and getting that last star was a glorious achievement.

Looking back now, i see it was the first game that asked you to beat the entire game again using Luigi in order to unlock one final galaxy for one final star. While you don’t need to get everyone on those levels (to my knowledge), it doesn’t matter. That’s a lot of work for one final stage. Maybe when I was 13 I would’ve done that. Not now.

1 star out of 5

Missing:
Two star coins on Worlds 2 & 3
Four star coins on World 5
11 on World 8 (didn’t even play 8-7)
18 on World 9 (only beat (+ 3 coins) two levels)

I don’t recall when I stopped playing this. I know that World 9 got pretty damn hard! One star is pretty lame but I don’t see myself going back to this one any time soon.

Save-file requirements & my progress

  • Beat the game
  • Beat every normal level
  • Collect all 207 star coins in the first 8 worlds.
  • Collect all 24 star coins in world 9.
  • Beat every level, find every secret goal and use all of the warp cannons.

One Silver Crown (All 120 Normal Stars)(144/242 Stars)

Silver crowns on all levels (Worlds 1-6 plus World S)(120 Stars)
All Comet Medals
Gold crowns on some levels (= stars + green stars)
No Grandmaster Galaxy in World S

I felt SMG2 was superior to SMG. In fact, at the time, I claimed it was the 3rd-best Mario game ever! It was just that good, and IGN’s perfect 10 is something I fully agree with. After busting my ass to collect all 120 stars (AGAIN!), it was a shock to find out there were 120 more! I collected a few dozen of those but then stopped. Just looking at this stirs my completionist OCD. Did I stop because those green stars were too hard? Or did I just get burnout? I think it’s the latter. I suppose I could go back and try to get some. :)

4 Stars out of 5

I just finished this and felt pretty good about it. The game, while heralded as spectacular, was good. The first half was just a joke though. It was so easy, and as you can see from these stats, I’m a good player, but NOT a great player! Of those 392 lives lost, I easily lost 100 on three levels at the end of my journey. Yup. 100 lives. Three levels.

The second half of the game was great though, with some rigorously-challenging goals and the like. My four stars means I got all 293 star coins (plus some extras) by getting every star coin on every level in worlds 1-8 and Special worlds 1-8, then defeated Bowser again. Why not a fifth star? Yup, gotta beat every stage again as Luigi and get all golden flags. I don’t know which stages I got gold flags on (not without playing each stage and getting to the end). Redo the entire game again? Nope. I’m good. Four stars is solid!

Save-file requirements & my progress

  • Defeat Bowser in World 8’s second Castle
  • Clear all stages in the first 8 Worlds
  • Defeat Bowser again after Special World 8
  • Obtain all 285 Star Medals
  • Clear all stages with Mario and Luigi + Golden Flagpole on all

After getting and beating SM3DL, I didn’t wait long to pick up New Super Mario Bros. 2. The reviews claimed it wasn’t as good as 3D Land but I much prefer the side-scrolling Mario games to the 3D ones. This title may have been a bit gimmicky and the Star World was a breeze compared to older titles, but I loved it all. It took me just over a week to burn through the entire lot, collecting all star coins, moon coins and getting max lives. It was fun but not overly challenging and it’s only my second true 100% in a recent Mario title.

Save-file requirements & my progress (won’t cross these out as I got them all!)

  • Beat World 6-Castle
  • Obtain every Star Coin
  • Obtain all of World Star’s Moon Coins
  • Complete every level
  • Get the highest possible number of lives

While not final chronologically, this is the last game I played through and now I must wait for another Mario to dedicate myself to.

5 stars out of 5

This is the only true 100% game (now the second). All five stars means I beat every level with every star coin including all the Superstar Road stages (plus the final one) as well as catching Nabbit. I wrote about the final steps in this process (both here and here). There’s not much else to comment on. This was a fun, solid challenge that wasn’t bogged down in stupid requirements.

Save-file requirements & my progress

  • Beat Bowser in story mode
  • Unlock and beat every normal level
  • Get every star coin (normal levels)
  • All star coins on Superstar Road
  • Catch 7 Nabbits + all star coins on Superstar Road-9

logo-sm3dwmario-completion-sm3dw

2 stars out of 5
305 Stars out of 380
76 Stamps (out of 80)

I got every star, stamp and gold flag on worlds 1-6, Castle, Bowser and Star.

However, in World Mushroom, I’m missing two flags, five stars and a bunch in world Mushroom-Box (whatever).

World Flower is a mess, missing a bunch and never having beaten a few. World Flower-12 is the boss rush level and it’s not hard, I just haven’t ever managed to do it quickly enough. Timed stages are annoying. Due to this, I never saw World Crown. Oh well.

Stamps are a joke. I really have 76 out of 80. But then five more apparently come from beating every level with every character. Ahahaha. No.

Save-file star requirements & my progress…

  • Beat the final level in World 8
  • Collect all Green Stars in Worlds 1-8
  • Collect all Stamps in Worlds 1-9 (there are none in 10-11)
  • Get all Golden Flags in Worlds 1-11
  • Beat worlds 1-11 with all characters for the final Stamps

As Odyssey was so vast, it changed how things were tallied and there’s no star notification or select-screen comprehensive list. Here’s my final numbers when I simply lost interest. Fantastic game – but more collectibles than I cared to pursue.

  • 696 stars out of 880
  • 48 out of 52 captures
  • 28 out of 43 souvenirs
  • 79 out of 82 songs

1 badge out of 6

Missing
Two final stages
Collect all stands

On every level in the game, including five special-world levels, I got every seed, pink coin and flagpole. Doing this unlocks one more level and getting everying on that stage unlocks one more.

I have completed neither of those final stages and do not intend to do so ever. Four of the game’s six badges rely on these two stages alone: all wonder seeds, pink coins and flagpoles. The final badge is only available after beating this stage as well.

Due to this, I miss out on four badges. It’s quite lame, IMO, and undermines what those badges/stars even represent. Thus, I solely have the badge for completing the game and that’s it. I sit at 96 of the 144 standees as well, and due to the random nature of regular pulls, the remaining 48 would cost 30 pink coins each: tallying a whopping 1,440 coins. All for an item that I can only use in multiplayer – which I can’t use because I don’t pay for the service.

All in all, a fun Mario game and one I completed in two weeks. While I rarely get 100%, I’m a bit miffed how it all played out. There were certainly some good levels, but others I was happy to complete with the age-old sentiment, “Good! Now I never have to play that stage again!”

  • Beat the game
  • Collect all wonder seeds
  • Collect all pink coins
  • Hit the top of the flagpole on every stage
  • Collect all badges
  • Collect all standees

Final Fantasy VII: Remake

Posted in Best / Worst, Blog, Games with tags on June 17, 2015 by slateman

ffvii-remake-logo

September 7th, 1997. My senior year in college had just begun and I had classes and work in the computer lab after school. I snuck out to the local Electronics Boutique at the mall. I bought Final Fantasy VII. I hadn’t played RPGs much, barely any JRPGs and never touched a FF game. For anyone too young, it’s impossible to understand the potency of this game. I remember the ads. “If it were available on cartridge, it would retail for $1,200.” CD games were new. CG in games was new. Symphonic scores were new. And FFVII blew the doors open on all of it. Holy shit. This was unlike anything we’d ever seen.

So, now while FFVII has been on GameFAQs’ top-100 list for…wait for this…6,099 days, I marvel at the endurance. SIX THOUSAND DAYS. My entire life has changed, the entire gaming industry has changed. The madness and dedication to FFVII has not. And while there’s simply NO WAY the remake can ever live up to our memories of 6,000 days ago…I have no choice but to return to Midgard. Back before there were spoilers (well, there were but you probably weren’t online back then. I was already running sites for two years) all you had to say was Aerith (Aeris). That shit changed the way I looked at videogames.

What To Play: “Real” 2015 Edition

Posted in Best / Worst, Blog, Games on May 24, 2015 by slateman

DiploI’m going to keep this relatively brief.

Uncharted 4 / Zelda / Street Fighter V – All 2016.

Like music in 2015, I’m left a bit underwhelmed and so the true 2015 games are simply:

MGS V / No Man’s Sky / Just Cause 3

And…let’s face it. NMS is just a shot in the dark. The other two…who knows. More of the same? THPS5? Please. I don’t know. This year is not a great one and so I’ll just hope for something to surprise me.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2

Posted in Blog, Games, Resident Evil on March 9, 2015 by slateman

re-revelations2_big

468px-Jessica-sherawatSo, you ‘reboot’ your franchise by making a side-story of sorts which takes place on a ship, but this reboot is just for the Nintendo 3DS, a rather limited market. You test the waters (pun!) to excellent reviews and then, as is Capcom’s wont, you port it over to a bunch of other platforms. It seems reasonable. I never jumped at RE: Revelations and even after getting it on sale on the PSN, I didn’t play too much. However, as the REmake was just out and with Revelations 2 coming, I played a bit over the last month. It’s actually quite good! Most reviews critiqued the graphics but I swear, we all forget how good games don’t have to rely on visuals. Now, the story is ludicrous (as is Jessica’s outfit) but I don’t play RE for practicality. For what it is, it is entertaining. It’s more RE which I love and that’s enough for me.

I have yet to finish that game’s campaign but it’s OK. Resident Evil’s mythos isn’t really shattered now that I’m already halfway through RE:R2, one of the weirder acronyms. This one is entirely coop, though you can’t play online that way. I’m disgusted at how games have really put online coop on the backburner as it’s one of my favorite genres and this game would be perfect for it. Anyhow, this new title is awesome. I’ve read reviews slagging the first episode and others slagging the second (all while praising the opposite, it’s strange) but whatever. It’s fun. Claire’s campaign is more action-oriented while Barry’s is more survival horror. It’s relatively cheap AND Raid Mode is spectacular! I just leveled Hunk up to level 50 and as the next two weeks roll out, more will be added. And while the weekly installment thing irked me at first, I’ve now embraced it as I can’t wait for Tuesday to come to play the next episode! It’s all brilliant and has me salivating for more.

After beating the REmake a handful of times, including a 2:30 speedrun this past month, I’m sold on the RE franchise again. I’m not the die-hardest of fans…but at 39 years old, nobody cares anyway. My history is scattered but damn, I’m enjoying it now. Skipping some titles, here’s my experience…

RE (PS1 – played, never beat)
RE2 (PS1 – beat)
RE3 (never played)
Code Veronica (DC – touched a few times)
REmake (GC – played, never beat)
RE0 (GC – played, never beat)
RE: Outbreak (PS2 – played, beat?)
RE: Outbreak 2 (PS2 – played, never beat)
RE4 (GC/PS2/Wii/PS3 – beat numerous times, not on PS3 though!)
RE: Umbrella Chronicles (Wii/PS3 – beat on Wii, not on PS3)
RE5 (PS3/Xbox360 – Platinumed, beat everything PS3, beat on 360)
RE: Darkside Chronicles (Wii/PS3 – played, never beat either)
RE: Revelations (PS3 – will beat by next week)
RE6 (PS3 – beat, never finished Ada’s campaign – not my fave RE)
RE:R2 (Halfway done – digging it!)

I haven’t beaten half the RE games I started…I guess that’s pathetic. :) Whatever. Having fun now!

What To Play: 2015 Edition

Posted in Blog, Games, Lists, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Tony Hawk Series, Uncharted on March 1, 2015 by slateman

Maybe I’ve hit a wall. Turning 40 next year and it’s starting to feel like a lot of the things in life I’m passionate about are all becoming…the same. I recall a few years back hearing about this TV show about zombies. A TV show about zombies?!?! Now…season five? Games, movies, TV – so many are feeling awfully predictable and ‘been there, done that’. Even the predictability of some things are predictable. I wonder. Is this normal? Is it my age showing rather than the stagnation of media?

Whatever the case, this wasn’t meant to be a gripe session. Although my expectations for games are still high, they are still realistic, knowing what I might (and might not) get. Here are some titles I’m looking forward to in 2015. Let’s see if they can live up to the hype, their predecessors or if perhaps they exceed them!

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
U4_E3_1920x1080I didn’t get the first Uncharted right away. Who knows why…but once I did grab it, I was sold. This game (well, #2) may be my favorite game of the last generation and for good reason. It is everything I love about gaming. Rock-solid gameplay is coupled with good storytelling and a fun plot. While I feel #3 was rushed, #2 is just stellar. So…where do we go? If it’s everything I expect, it’ll be great. But…will Naughty Dog surprise us with more than just the predictable? I feel they will. They’ll keep all that I love – the shooting, jumping, climbing…but after The Last Of Us, I have a feeling they won’t settle for just more of the same. This is a pre-order, day #1 purchase. I can think of no reason for it not to be.

Psyched Level: 11/10

The Legend Of Zelda

Zelda Wii UOK, here’s all I care about: Standard Controls. I really couldn’t care less about any other element of this game because it will be classic. I just simply cannot stand swinging my goddamn hands around NOT killing that stupid spider because I’m not swinging properly. A huge, seamless world allowing us to adventure wherever with our trusty Epona? Sign me up, take my cash and don’t get too gimmicky. The Wii U screen should be a map, my TV an open adventure of joy and delight.

Bonus Perks: I can play this with my kids. In fact, they’ll probably love it.

Street Fighter V
SFV: Nash!The ’80s

That’s when I started playing both Zelda and Street Fighter. I got caught sneaking across the highway to play arcade games when the pizza place (and the Chinese-food place and the deli…) had an arcade machine and this one was Street Fighter. Fast forward a few decades and I’ve never NOT played Street Fighter. And I’m old and I’m slow and I’m no damn good at the games (well, not very) but I don’t care. SFV will have a pre-order beta program, it’s coming out on the one next-gen system I do have (eff you Tomb Raider) and I wants. My cash is waiting. So is my website.

# of SF Games That Exist: Shut Up – Don’t Care – STREET FIGHTER FIVE!!!

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

MGSVI struggle with this one. I’ve already written about the glory and perfect end of MGS4. It truly wrapped everything up and was it. Done. Perfect. Much like The Last Of Us and God Of War 3, no sequel is necessary. But here we are and I’m a sucker for MGS so I don’t know what to say. I’m keeping my expectations low. Ground Zeroes was OK. It just bothers me that we’re opening this whole can of worms and I fear anything less than perfection will mar the entire MGS mythos. Fine, that’s pompous and absurd but damnit MGS4 finished it! Ah, whatever.

Buy Or Rent??? – Grrr…See, I’m the sucker they make these games for.

No Man’s Sky
No Man's SkyRandomly-generated worlds? Meh. I figured that’s how I’d feel when I played Rogue Legacy and I was wrong. And that’s just a simple dungeon crawler. You mean, entire worlds are unique and different and…wait for it…maybe unpredictable? Not only does that fly in the face of Uncharted #4, Zelda #200 and Street Fighter #&infin…Not only does that fly in the face of all that I complained about in my opening paragraph…No, it also looks to represent all the universe is founded on. I can’t even envision what other worlds might look like and…that’s the point! OK, way too deep there. This game has a good chance of being boring as shit. How will this run? How will it even play? Is it even really a game? *hrmph*

Chance Of Being Cool: Still Processing Mathematics

Just Cause 3

Just Cause 3This is another title I didn’t get into initially. When JC2 was free on PS+ I tested it out. An hour in, I was hooked (heh, pun). I’ll keep this brief. JC3 could be essentially the same as #2 and I’d love it. It’s one of those titles. Latching onto helicopters and flying around with parachutes just about ruined me for other action games for six months. This one will look better and I just hope they don’t try to do anything stupid to the fun and ludicrous gameplay. I’m on board!

The Only Problem: Too Many Games – May GameFly this

Rise Of The Tomb Raider
Rise Of The Tomb RaiderI’m a hypocrite, I know. Street Fighter V is OK, but Tomb Raider is not? Fortunately, I’m fairly certain this title will come out on the PS4 eventually. It’s gotta suck being an Xbox fan and knowing you’ll literally never get SFV. That sucks for everyone. In any event, I won’t be playing this game in 2015 but after it was my Game Of The Year in 2013, I can’t wait for the sequel.

Can It Be Better Than UC4? Good question!

Noteworthy Titles

Mighty No. 9 – A spiritual Megaman successor? OK!
Ratchet & Clank Reboot – Don’t need to say much, I’m game!
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds – Not a 2015 game but I never played it, so a New 3DS + this sounds great!
Resident Evil / RE: Revelations 2 – Both came out already and I’m enjoying them…they count!
Final Fantasy XV – Not sure if I will even try…The hype for this one will be huge!
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater Return? – We’ll see. It’ll be hard to genuinely entice me.

Well, there you have it. That’s a long article that no one will read but hey, we’ll see if my predictions were any good. Now that I’ve written this whole lot, I’m kinda excited about 2015 after all! Screw this predictability nonsense. I’m psyched!!!

10 Platinums – Broken Down

Posted in Blog, Games, High Scores/Accomplishments, Resident Evil, Uncharted on October 12, 2014 by slateman

I just hit 3,000 trophies this past week. Most of my friends are way below that, and several are way beyond it. Of course, it means nothing, but I’ve enjoyed the journey thus far. 10 of those 3,000 are platinums, representing exactly .33% of all of them! (Roughly 80% or bronze, 15% silver and 5% gold, pretty even) Anyways, I thought I’d break down those 10 platinums as I search for #11 (Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor

PSN-3000-trophies

  • Borderlands
  • Guacamelee!
  • Lego: Pirates Of The Caribbean
  • Resident Evil 5
  • Resogun
  • Uncharted
  • Uncharted 2
  • Uncharted 3
  • The Walking Dead: Season One
  • Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward

It’s not the most impressive list, particularly since The Walking Dead just required you to finish it for a plat (by comparison, the second season had no platinum.) I’m proud of all three Uncharted games, as beating each on Crushing was a challenge…in particular that first one. Speaking of difficulty levels, Resogun, Guacamelee! and Resident Evil 5 all provided quite a rough time on the hardest level.

I still prefer trophies to achievement points for this very reason. 3,000 trophies but only 10 platinums? It represents the elite and I remember getting each of those. While trophies launched after the PS3, it’s still been six years since they’ve launched and now on three platforms, they’re rolling in faster than ever! (PS+ doesn’t hurt)(Neither does GameFly)

That means I’m averaging 500 trophies a year, more or less, 10/week. Figure, 5,000 sometime in 2018? I hope so!

Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor – GotY?

Posted in Best / Worst, Blog, Games, Tolkien on October 12, 2014 by slateman

Middle-earth™: Shadow of Mordor™_20141011222550With this year’s Album of the Year likely coming out this month (Exodus or At The Gates), it’s fitting that the year’s potential Game of the Year is an autumn release as well! As my first purchase for the PS4, (Well, I sold Killzone) I didn’t know what to expect. At more than 24 hours into this title, I’m sold. This game is the shit.

And, rather than go through all its pros, I’ll just give one example. I’ve just begun a one-on-twenty battle with a Warchief, the game’s premiere enemy. This guy is tough and I’m beating down orcs left-and-right as I struggle with this guy. What happens next? Another Uruk Captain emerges, then a second. My fight is now against three big-time enemies and I’ve been brought to the brink of death. A life-saving effort keeps the fight going and then…? A THIRD Captain arrives. My hands are sweating and I notice, for the first time in what seems like years, my heart is racing. It’s pounding so hard as I try to attack, parry, vault and put death finishers on the lesser orcs. One captain dies, another flees and the third succumbs with his head severed. I watch it float in slow-motion, a haunting mess of blood and glory. The Warchief weakens and I’m on my last legs. Perfection is required. He attacks, I parry, and another floating head is my trophy, alongside an epic rune.

The dust settles and I realize just how intense that was. It was friggin’ hard! How many games have gotten you in a panic in recent years? It was spectacular and I was convinced – this is one of the best games I’ve played in years! Now to 100% that bastard! Might actually go for a platinum on this one…it’s that good.

Dragon’s Crown: Old School & Fun!

Posted in Best / Worst, Blog, Games, Reviews with tags on March 2, 2014 by slateman

Dragon's_Crown_LogoI’ve waited for this game to come down in price and it finally has. While full retail was a bit too steep for me, $17 was perfect and I caved and got the PS3 game this past week. Now, I still fully expect this to be free on PS+ some time in the next year; so I’m hoping that’s the Vita version. However, after a few hours of play, $17 is nothing when compared to the fun that this game is!

In recent years, I’ve enjoyed some new/retro beat-em-ups. However, most don’t have a great balance of old (the action game) and new (well…anything else). The newest Double Dragon is pretty bad and Final Fight Double Impact is really only great because of Magic Sword. Dragon’s Crown on the other hand, is an impeccably-animated romp in a wonderful setting. Swords & magic & loot…what more do you need? Oh…a dragon, clearly. See the title.

In any event, I hope to get some good hours in on this in the coming weeks and while it won’t be a platinum trophy title, I’m going to enjoy the heck out of it while it lasts!

Mamorukun Curse! Nice!

Posted in Blog, DoDon Pachi, Games on December 1, 2013 by slateman

mamorukun-curse-logoI saw this title a few weeks ago but for $20, it didn’t quite tickle the fancy. But, once again, thanks to Sony’s stupid non-stop sales…This week’s 50% of deal was too good to pass up. 1.3Gb later, I’m playing one of the few Japanese shmups on Sony’s machine. After an evening with it, it’s certainly no DDP or even most of the other legendary shmups. However, for $10 it includes the DLC featured on the 360 version and has a ton of modes and options. There are a crap ton of trophies, the different characters really control differently and there are varying difficulties and versions of each stage. It’s certainly worth the cash and I’ll play this here and there for a while. Good stuff!!!

Playstation Plus: Damn You!!!

Posted in Blog, Games, Resident Evil on December 1, 2013 by slateman

PS+I was a day-one subscriber to Playstation Plus and have not one second regretted that decision. Alternately, I accidentally renewed my Xbox Live subscription and went an entire year without ever using it once. I digress. I love me my PS+ but man…this isn’t good!

My HDD is full, or close enough to it, and I went through my download list only to find several titles ‘purchased’ but not downloaded. Shadow Of The Colossus, Dragon’s Dogma, the first Resident Evil Chronicles game…Kingdoms of Amalur and Binary Domain there were more too. This is in addition to the dozens of games on my HDD already. Guardians Of Middle-Earth – barely even touched. Ico, the same. The list goes on. Then…let’s not forget the discounts. Mamorukun Curse for 50% off? OK. Ys Seven for $7.50? Must…resist..? I bought the Aliens game even though I knew it was garbage simply because it was so cheap! I grabbed the first Ratchet & Clank for $3.75. Three Seventy Five!!! Madness.

PS+ is ideal for hardcore gamers and I hope it remains to be so with the current generation (PS4), seeing as how it’s mandatory for multiplayer. However, on the other hand, I cannot keep up! And most of those games listed above were just PS3, that’s not including the Vita and eventual PS4 games. I cannot complain, really…I just also don’t have enough time to dedicate to this stuff. What dreadful times we live in, eh? (Oh…and I don’t own a 3DS, but the new Zelda would be a must-own, and while I do have a Wii U, I haven’t figured out how I’m getting the new Mario game. And that too is a must-have)
